AIR KNIFE TO DRY THE INK AS IT PRINTS

For the Colour Interlink integrated printers there is supplied an effective air knife system which blows warm air evenly across the width of the printer as the cloth is being printed. This ensures printed flags without mark off and good through put on both sides of the standard flag knitted cloths. This is easily fitted to the Roland family printers and with a simple lever system change to use for textiles or transfer. TAKE UP FEEDER – WINDER SYSTEM

Some of the narrow width printers do not have winders which enable production to be done all day without constant supervision. Heavy duty winders capable of handling up to 100 kilograms of cloth are a minimum specification. We can supply very cost effective feeder winder systems that are proven in the market and which are stand alone. These solutions can be fitted to a variety of printers.
